This home has two walk-in showers with rain fall shower heads.

The double boot/shoe dryer will ensure that your shoes and boots are warm and dry before you head out.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped for your cooking and baking needs. If there’s an item missing that you’d like to use, please let me know and I’ll do my best to accommodate all reasonable requests.

Enjoy a backyard bonfire with the smokeless Yukon Solo stove with heat deflector. Firewood available upon request.

You'll find a cornhole board set and horseshoes in the downstairs closet.

The high chair and baby gate are available by request.

The home has the fastest internet service offered by GCI. Perfect for streaming movies or working from home.

Heating and cooling the home with the a Daikin heat pumps create a comfortable environment year-round. On those cold damp days these units keep the house warm and toasty, while reducing humidity. On the warm sunny days, the units keep the house cool and comfortable.

The neighborhood is full of families and children of all ages. The house is several blocks from the elementary school, and several blocks away from the high school football field. The house has a nice view of Thunder Mountain.

The townhouse has a shared driveway. The right half of the driveway belongs to the neighbors. The left half of the driveway is for your use and can accommodate up to two vehicles.

This home is three blocks from public transit/bus stops.

This home is located near the Juneau Huskies Football field.

The kitchen has all the cooking gadgets a home cook needs to prepare meals at home.

Public pool and library is 1.3 mi away

This home can accommodate up to 8 guests. The fourth bed is an inflatable Aero bed with memory foam topper which may be placed in the den. The inflatable bed is available upon request.
